Dispelling the Myths: Influenza Education, Vaccination & Prevention

The CDC, APIC, and SHEA recommend influenza vaccination for all healthcare workers; some states mandate it! And The Joint Commission has named influenza vaccination and education a Patient Safety Goal. Yet, vaccination rates among healthcare workers are not at optimum levels.
