How do I preview videos online?

Over 95 percent of our videos are available to preview online, in their entirety! Users without an account can watch 2-minute clips while registerd users can watch a video in its entirety up to 3 times. Login or create an account to watch the full length video.

What if I can't preview a program online, or a program is not available for online preview?

We offer all our programs on a 14 day RISK FREE evaluation period with a full money-back guarentee. Programs may not be used for any type of staff training or orientation during the evaluation period. Any program not received back within the 14 day period will be considered a purchase and will be invoiced. Should you decide to return the program, we require that you pay return shipping charges and, for your protection, the program must be returned via a traceable shipping method (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex, certified mail). If the program is never received back and tracking information is not available, the facility may be held responsible for the full purchase price.

Can we air the program on our intranet/closed-circuit TV system/digital-on-demand system?

Included FREE with every purchase are the rights to create a digital file to utilize the program on your in-house system, providing that the signal is received only at one physical address. You must call to request a free site license. Should other facilities in your healthcare system have the capability to receive the signal, each facility must obtain an individual site license from Envision, Inc. Do you give discounts to healthcare association members?

Yes! We offer discounts to members of several healthcare associations including APIC, AACN, AVA, AHE, and IAHCSMM. Those discounted prices are noted in the drop-down list on each program page. If you are with an association and interested in discounts for your members, please let us know! There is no cost for this discount offer - we just ask that you let your members know about our programs. We would also be happy to discuss programs for resell or other marketing options with you! How much are Shipping and Handling charges?

Charges for Shipping and Handling are $15 for the first item ordered, $3 for each additional item ordered, with a maximum of $21. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada must ship via UPS Air and will be charged $55. Please call for international shipping rates. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed inside the Continental United States are shipped within one to two days via prepaid UPS Ground Service. Allow 3 to 5 business days for UPS depending upon your location.

Can you ship an order to arrive by a specific date?

All orders are shipped via UPS ground. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Should you request shipment faster than UPS ground, we do require that you pay additional shipping charges.

Can orders be shipped to my home address?

If we ship to your home address, you are accepting personal responsibility for the product and possibly the full purchase price. We require a credit card number to secure the order.

Once we have purchased a program can we share it with another hospital in our healthcare system, or in our community?

Once we purchase the program can we duplicate the video to have an archive copy or to use in different units at our facility?

No. Copyright law strictly prohibits duplication of the program and support materials for any reason, unless written permission is granted by Envision, Inc. Fortunately we offer substantial discounts for multiple copy purchases. Please call us toll-free at (866) 321-5066 to discuss multiple copy discounts.

What if a program is lost during the evaluation period?

Once we confirm, via the tracking number, that the program was received, we do have to bill for the full purchase price of the program. However, we do send a replacement copy so that you have what is being paid for.

What is your return policy on purchases?

Programs returned within 14 days of receipt will receive a full refund! Returns within 30 days will receive a full credit minus shipping & handling.
